Whilst cost reduction and avoidance continue to dominate procurement’s objectives, research indicates that improving agency/supplier performance is increasingly becoming a priority on procurement’s agenda and is now among their top KPIs.

Interestingly, however, 80 percent of procurement departments do not have transparency in the client/agency relationship, demonstrating that there’s still some way to go.
