About the role:
Ergo Asia is part of the Konica Minolta Marketing Services group who provides print and marketing process management services and we are seeking to invite a results and relationships focussed Account Director with background in direct client services to join our Senior Management team in Beijing.
Develop innovative account management strategies into executable and actionable programs.
Drive total service delivery to the standard of an industry leader that will secure account renewal and promote Ergo Asia as an industry leader.
Build long term relationships with each executive stakeholder to foster strong partnerships.
Act as a subject matter expert for print design advice, issue resolution and cost-effective solutions.
Contribute to the sales strategy to drive revenue and KMMS market share growth.
Possess passion and strong skills in motivating and mentoring others to ensure optimal service levels, expertise and outcomes are delivered to the client.
Together with your team manage the supplier network to ensure the products are delivered to the clients’ specifications and satisfaction.
Your experience will be valued as you will be offered support and autonomy to execute the above to standards expected of an industry leader.
10 years + agency/marketing & direct client service experience including brand strategy, campaigns, below the line and digital.
Extensive POSM knowledge for retail display.
People management experience (remote and face-to-face).
Strong ability to communicate at all levels in English (oral, written, and facilitation).
Account management experience in either FMCG or Cosmetics industries.
Experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
Confident and high level technical skills across the complete Microsoft suite of products including MS Excel, E-commerce,PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Word.
Proven experience building profitable account management models & delivering account targets and service delivery.
Exceptional analytical and reporting abilities.
Effective time management and pro-active organisation skills.
