Working alongside a dedicated and talented Operations team based with our key client in Copenhagen, Denmark we are looking for a strong Account Manager.

In this role you will be able to show us your amazing skill set and experience working within marketing production.

A little about you:

You will develop a good understanding of clients’ business, key drivers in their business sector and become established as a trusted partner. To provide value-added service as part of a client-facing team managing marketing production projects, through compliance with the SLA, and KMMS commercial principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a rapport with key client stakeholders, and client’s key agency personnel, in order to manage expectations and ensure value added service provision.

Deliver against client KPIs and other targets to meet contractual obligations

Establish and maintain tactical relationships with day-to-day clients, applying a commercial and value added approach to client briefings, and ensure meaningful and timely communication.

Manage end-to-end production workflow including associated communications with client, agency and supplier stakeholders, ensuring the quality procedures are followed throughout the production cycle, ensuring the delivery of product on time, to specification and on budget.

Engage with suppliers to ensure they work in partnership with us, promptly informing us of issues as they arise, and work in collaboration with us to decide any remedial actions.

Ensure all procurement activity adheres to commercial strategy and guidelines.

Delivers business and account objectives through adherence to business processes and systems

Support preparation for client contract review meetings and client development opportunities.

The Account Manager is part of a front line team of typically fewer than ten members responsible for the project management and transaction of marketing production jobs. He / she is the first point of call for clients and the principle provider of KMMS’s service.

The account management team operates in one country and may be dedicated to one client or work across a number of clients.

Consistently makes tactical decisions that are aligned to the objectives outlined by the Hub Manager

Establishes and maintains crucial relationships with day-to-day clients including marketing and procurement departments through email, telephone and face-to-face meetings and briefings

Reports to Hub Manager providing updates about work in progress and escalating any service issues

Engages with colleagues from other departments as appropriate to deliver projects

Manages vendors’ performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent project management skills, having experience of delivering projects on time and to budget

Proven ability to build effective client and vendor relationships

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrable commercial awareness

Core Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint

Education

Good standard level education

Professional Experience

Proven experience in managing marketing production projects in a client-facing environment

Good print knowledge, gained in a print management environment
