Working alongside a dedicated and talented Application Support Team we are looking for a strong Application Support Consultant in London, United Kingdom.
In this role you will be able to show us your amazing skill set and experience working within 1st line and 2nd line support for Marketing Technology platforms.
A little about you:
As our entrusted Application Support Consultant you’ll ensure fewer incidents are escalated to the development, PMO or product management team to ensure their focus is on revenue generating work.
Essentially, you’ll need to be able to identify the likely root cause and try to resolve as many incidents at 1st Line/2nd line support as possible without risking wider business impact.
As a Jira Service Desk expert you’ll maintain high quality notes in relation to each incident.
You’ll be a key figure across the global business, so previous helpdesk experience is essential. You’ll have excellent customer facing expertise, being patient and an exemplary listener with adept problem solving and written and verbal skills.
