Creative Production Manager – Budapest, Hungary
Working alongside our dedicated and talented Client services team, we are looking for our next permanent team member, to be based with our key client, supporting our Southern European Region.
A little about you:
You will help drive the development of KMMS’s creative production service provision working with the Head of Creative Production Account Management
Ensure adherence and best practice toward agreed processes, systems and technologies to facilitate the creative production delivery cross channel
Taking and advising on creative production briefs from clients liaising with all required internal/external resource and suppliers as and where appropriate.
Manage the production of offline and online retail marketing campaigns, including POS, signage, consumer brochures/catalogues, direct marketing and potentially digital work including display ads, banner advertising and email mailings – providing basic/prescriptive design/layout, amendment, adaptation, transcreation, versioning and running prefight and colour management checking for all artwork/files produced.
Responsible for maintaining standard operating practices across the Client/KMMSelp maintain a robust, consistent approach to work sharing across the KMMS studio network
Provide guidance on all studio related process, technologies, systems and processes
Assist the Hungary Hub Studio Manager in the operational delivery of transformation/implementation projects within the Client/KMMS work environment
Strategic Planning & Decision Making
Provide solutions if operational and production problems occur
Continuously looking for opportunities to add value to the clients’ or our business
Be an active participant of the wider KMMS studio management group and engaging with the studio network
The ability to speak conversational English is a must, conversational German or another Eastern European language would also be a distinct advantage
Hands on project management and production skills across print and digital
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree with focus on media production
Significant studio service experience, preferably in a large corporate environment
