We are looking for a ITS Support Manager to work alongside a dedicated and talented ITS team based in our Central London Hub office, London, UK.

In this role you will be able to show us your amazing skill set and experience working within a leadership role as the main escalation point for the IT Desk coordinating with our global team across APAC, NAM and EMEA.

A little about you:
-You will manage the IT Service Desk team to ensure that skills gaps are filled, development is managed, knowledge is being shared across the whole remote team and the global team are brought together to work as one.

-You’ll manage the team resource making sure the Global Business Hours are covered.
Ensure that whole team fully understands and works to the ITIL framework.

-Work with the Global Head of IT to update and enforce the IT Service Desk ways of working.

-Make sure that there is sufficient monitoring of the Service Desk so priority incidents
are dealt with efficiently.

-To ensure ticket Service Level Agreements are met and adhered to as much as possible making escalations minimal.

-Any other adhoc works as requested by the Global Head of IT.

-Primarily extremely good communication skills with people at all levels of the organisation.

-Full working knowledge for ITIL, preferably with a qualification.

-Ability to work under pressure.

-Good administration knowledge and understanding of virtualised environments.

-A good level of troubleshooting knowledge of networks, routing and VPNs using Cisco network equipment.

-1st/2nd line support knowledge within a Windows and Mac Environment.

-Knowledge of AWS and Office 365 is desirable.
