Merchandise Account Manager- London, UK
Working alongside a dedicated and talented Retail team based in our Hub Office in High Holborn, we are looking for a vibrant Merchandise Account Manager to come on board.
In this role you will be able to show us your amazing skill set and experience working within retail marketing.
A little about you:
You will report to our Head of Retail and collaborate with Operations and Design.
You will be a relationship builder; developing and maintaining a rapport with key client stakeholders, you’ll manage expectations and ensure value added service provision e.g. supporting the creation of the brief.
You will add value, establishing and maintain tactical relationships with day-to-day clients, applying a commercial and value added approach to client briefings, and ensure meaningful and timely communication.
You will be a trusted organiser; managing end to end production workflow including associated communications with client, agency and agreed suppliers, ensuring the quality and H&S procedures are followed throughout the production cycle.
Furthermore you’ll have;
Proven ability to build effective client and vendor relationships
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Core Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Good standard level education
Good premiums knowledge for a minimum of 2 years
