Working alongside a dedicated and talented Commercial Team based in our Head office in London, we are looking for our next permanent team member.

In this role you will be able to show us your amazing skill set and experience working within our global business.

 

A little about you:

You will be required to establish and manage Program Management providing top down visibility of all company projects and to introduce and embed a clear Project Management methodology across the business facilitating the ongoing alignment of major projects with corporate strategic objectives, whilst supporting delivery and reducing overall risk to the organisation.

  • Provide top down visibility of key company projects and programmes highlighting current status, risks and key project information
  • Establish the use of common Programme Management methodology, standards, reporting, tools and documentation
  • Establish and maintain a suite of key performance indication metrics, which include business benefits.
  • Commission and facilitate reviews to assess prioritisation of project delivery, budget status, risk reduction and issue resolution and regularly report findings
  • Provide neutral and independent advice to those running projects within the business
  • Provide progress and financial updates to senior managers via a dashboard tool
  • Mentor those within the business leading projects enabling them to run projects within the agreed best practice the framework
  • Drive a consistent approach across all programmes and projects and work with other areas of the business to help improve their monitoring and reporting.
  • Manage the approval process for new projects (i.e.: from initial analysis stage, through to full business case approval), ensuring control gates are adhered to and documents are fit for purpose
