Regional People (HR) Business Partner – London, UK
Working alongside our dedicated and talented People Team, we are looking for our next Permanent team member, to be based in our Head Office in London, supporting our Northern Europe region.
In this role you will be able to show the entire business your amazing skill set and experience, partnering with the Regional business stakeholders.
A little about you:
You will work closely with and partner a number of stakeholders and managers within your region and have experience of:
- providing pro-active, commercial and practical solutions and general HR advice
- Utilising your knowledge to provide a good balance of challenge and support
- influencing and coaching skills at all levels
- Experience of working on a regional basis, with good knowledge of legislation and culture in a number of countries.
Reporting into and assisting the People Director you will be instrumental in
- Delivering People Strategy & Plan within your region
- Nurturing internal and external relationships
- Providing strong support and participation in People projects and events
- Utilising local knowledge, advise on legislation, culture and networks
As an experienced HR professional, you will provide a quality, client and commercially focused People service, and be an ambassador for People promoting best practice, championing engagement, company culture, values and behaviours.
As your region is made up of a variety of countries, you must have very good English language skills written and verbally, and it would be beneficial to be proficient in other European languages. Just like you, we like to have meaningful connections. It’s at the heart of everything we do.
