The challenge

Unilever needed a print management partner to improve processes, rationalise suppliers and build best practice. While making drastic savings – and bringing innovation and new ideas.

First, it wanted us to build a great service in the UK. Then to roll it out across Europe.

The solution

Our experts now sit within Unilever’s offices in twenty-six countries. We fine-tune the print processes, build local relationships and deliver creative for 400 brands. We’re the critical link between global and local, marketing and procurement.

We also run ‘Partner to Win’, an award-winning strategic programme, focused on building relationships with selected key supply partners – like us.

The results

We built a great service in the UK and earned our place as a strategic partner. Then, together with global procurement, we quickly and effectively pushed our print management concept across Europe.

Our latest challenge? Building on our success by continually aligning processes, standardising best practice, maximising budgets – and achieving brand consistency.
