Our study, in partnership with WBR, reveals that many procurement teams are planning to restructure in order to increase alignment with marketing. Furthermore, procurement KPIs are either closely or reasonably well matched with KPIs of their marketing teams.
Despite these developments, nearly half of procurement teams expect they will have less control of marketing spend in the next three years.
