At our dinner event at the Gherkin, we argued that omnichannel is about understanding audiences and acting on insight. For that reason, it’s essential that businesses take a customer-centric approach – from the top down – to really deliver engaging experiences.

Daniel Hulme, our guest speaker and leading expert in artificial intelligence, looked at what A.I. really is, what it can achieve, and the potential pitfalls.
